Your order will be shipped via Australia Post, Hunter Express, Direct Express, Armex or Allied Express depending on size and weight. Tracking information will be provided when your order is picked up.

Please note that PO Box delivery is only available for products under 22kg and 100cm in length.

Please ensure that you have entered a correct physical address during checkout. With correct information, your order will be shipped within 2 business day.

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.

You may return an item for any reason up to 30 days from the date of purchase (terms and conditions may apply).

For any change of mind returns, the shipping charges will be paid by you.

Please note: Do not return any products before confirming with our customer service team. Cancelling your order while it is in transit is considered a return.

Buying online can be stressful because you can't see the product before you buy it. We back everything up with a one-year warranty* (from date of purchase) that covers

- Manufacturing defects and

- Unfitness for purpose.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by

- Normal wear and tear,

- accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, disasters, children, pets, etc,

- commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless authorized by the manufacturer), or

- Modification by an unauthorized person.

Products returned under warranty may be replaced or refunded.
