My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Don’t worry — we record and track every parcel we send, so if yours hasn't arrived, please send us an email with your order number and we'll find out where it is.
When will I find out when my order has been dispatched?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it and are working on it. You will then receive another email when your order has been shipped.
Can I collect my order?
We do not currently offer collection. It can only be sent by express delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Our team needs 1–2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, please allow an additional 3–4 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
